Description
This coating is suitable for iron, steel and galvanized surfaces and has two types “zinc-nickel-calcium” and “zinc-nickel-manganese”. These coatings are widely used in industries and vary from rough heavy crystals to soft and microscopic crystals. It’s colors range from light gray to dark gray.
The thickness of the coating will be between 2 to 5 microns in the spraying system, but it is 2 to 10 microns for the immersion system.
These products are a base for paint, especially electrostatic and ED powder paints.
