Iron Phosphate, Dip, and Spray-liquid

It is the most common type of phosphate used in washing lines. Iron Phosphate is high reception product due to its easy storage and low costs. Ability of combination with degreaser and simultaneous degreasing and phosphating operation are the other features of Iron Phosphate.

Although they have little resistance to corrosion compared to zinc phosphate, they have an advantage due to little sludge production.

Iron phosphate is applied as a basis before paint coating which are being used in form of spray and immersion. The average thickness of phosphate coating shall be 0.2 to 0.8 microns on the surface. Iron phosphate could be used with grease cleaner simultaneously as a mixture liquid which is a great advantage in comparison with other kinds of phosphates.
