This product is formulated as the main material for the production of a phosphate bath, which is applied by immersion method, and is suitable for stretching iron and steel surfaces. So, this coating will be used in phosphating of Iron, Steel surfaces and specially for cold drawing operation of pipes, wires and metal surfaces as well as different kinds of wires drawing, sizing and forging. Also they are applied to protect against environmental corrosion which is used in shape of immersion.

In general, these coatings have various applications, such as increasing corrosion resistance, underpainting, creating electrical and thermal insulation surfaces, etc. In addition, the lubrication property is one of the important advantages of this product, which has various applications, such as: helping with cold deformation, modifying friction characteristics, and creating a suitable substrate for lubricants.

Among the other advantages of FYP drawing phosphate, the following can be mentioned:

• lower consumption rate (A minimum coverage of 30 square meters per liter consumption)
• Leaving the least sediment in the phosphating tank and very low environmental pollution by result
• Reduction of the friction ratio up to 4 times (polished raw sample with a friction ratio of 0.3 and the sample after coating with a friction ratio of 0.075)
• Creating suitable surface porosity in order to absorb lubricants on the surface
• Single component and the possibility of easy use and control of the solution
